Anybody knows Ashraf (girl) who probably had studied in anyone of the missionary schools in Quetta between 1958-1968. This Iranian family lived in Quetta in the vicinity of Mission Road. Had two brothers(Pervaiz & Mahmood)and two sisters( Gloria & Mehry). Mr. Pervaiz & Mr. Mahmood were owning and operating a hotel known as FARAH Hotel. Ashraf was married to his cousin in Iran. Mehry studied in Lahore in Fatima Jinnah medical college and became a doctor 1970. she was married in Karachi to a Pakistani doctor. The eldest sister belived to be Gloria still lives in Quetta. Please enlighten me if you know present whereabouts of any one of the members of the family either in Pakistan and/ or abroad.Thank you

Hi Asif, thanks for responding. It is amazing being in touch with a classmate from a time
left so far behind. I think we were together in 7th & 8th B. We had a nice
ensemble of different ages, boys who were grown up (Iqbal) and much smaller
guys (Brant). I was perhaps "naughty" sometimes, 'cause i remember once teasing Iqbal
and was harshly punished by Ms Nathaniel(grade 6) by standing a whole week at the wall,
and had to change my seat. Moreover had to taste some lashes at father Joshua's office.
"bend brother!!" She also taped my mouth once, because i was talking
(probably to Shershah)during the lesson! Well, along with that i remember the meena bazar
at the convent school, it was real fun. Must confess, this period of school at St. Francis'
was very useful to me, as i could later benefit from it a lot: being open minded and the
ability to get multicultural were the challenges of life - those days contributed
so much to master the task. I am especially grateful for the knowledge of the english language
to this school and chiefly to it's wonderful staff, including Ms Nathaniel. I wish her and
the rest of the staff all the best in life and express my gratitude for the knowledge they
gave me. I am looking forward for other mates to sign up too, thanks again.
Ps. I miss Gerard Fuchong
